I've been using the Dolphin Emulator for a few days now, I'm using the stable 3.5 x64 version of Dolphin on the game Harvest Moon-Tree of Tranquility. I've had this problem were every few minutes the game will drop down to 10 Fps for like 8 whole seconds, then go back up to 30 Fps.

This is unusual because I run the game perfectly fine 98% of the time with: 30 Fps, 60 Vps, and 100% speed. I've tried a lot of different settings within the config and graphic tabs. I've even downloaded Razor Game Booster, and used that while playing though nothing changed. I could deal with it because the rest of the game is smooth and not lagging, though I cant seem to stop this issue.

If anyone has any good ideas please let me know. Ill put a Gyazo up of the current settings, and graphics I'm currently using to play. As well as a picture of my PC specs.
